The owner of a vacation home in Lake Saint Louis, MO, contacted me about 2 years ago. He wanted my company (New Tile Design) to give him an estimate about a couple of tile jobs he had to do in his new house. After we had the meeting, we proceeded to meet up one more time in order for me to give him my proposal about the job and discuss some more details. Upon agreeing on the price, my crew and I moved down there to start the work. Even though, his house had a lot of work to do and most of the designs had already been decided , his biggest concern was about the master-bathroom. He had already bought all the tiles and materials but he wasn’t sure on the design. After I worked on some design presentations on my design software, I showed him the design I thought would work the best in his bathroom. He was really impressed, so he told me “Pandi, I trust you. Go ahead and do whatever you want with the bathroom”. I started working on the project and after a week or so he had a beautiful bathroom as shown on the left.
